These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PrivateFN (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What PrivateFN is
PrivateFN lets you host private Fortnite custom matchmaking lobbies and request bot lobbies, hosted on your behalf by our automated host accounts. PrivateFN is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord account secure. You must be old enough to use Discord and Fortnite in your jurisdiction.
3. Free action and subscriptions
Each account may host one free action: a single custom match or a single bot lobby. Continued use requires an active subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break Epic Games' terms, rules, or fair-play policies;
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its host bots;
- Resell or share access in violation of these Terms;
- Harass other users or host content that is illegal or harmful.
5. Availability
Hosting depends on shared bot capacity and third-party systems, and may be delayed or unavailable at times. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
